1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of restologylabs.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Milkmen Design, LLC d/b/a Restology Labs ("Restology Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our posted Shipping, Refund, and Subscription policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Important health information

Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Content on the Site — including product descriptions, articles, FAQs, and customer reviews — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, nor a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, are taking any medication, or have a medical condition.
  • Use products only as directed on the label. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.
  • Individual results vary. Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

4. Products and pricing

We work to keep product information accurate, but descriptions, images, ingredients, and packaging may be updated from time to time, and we don't warrant that all Site content is error-free. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; changes won't affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund. We may limit order quantities at our discretion.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we ship the products. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order. You represent that the payment information you provide is yours and accurate, and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout.

6. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

By starting a Subscribe & Save subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis — approximately every 30, 60, or 90 days, matching the supply you selected — at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. Subscription orders ship free.

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment, using the manage-subscription link in your order and subscription emails or your customer account, or by emailing hello@restologylabs.com. To avoid your next charge, cancel before the next scheduled billing date; cancellation is effective immediately for any order not yet processed. If a subscription payment fails, we may retry it and, if it continues to fail, pause or cancel the subscription. We'll give you at least 30 days' email notice before any change to subscription pricing takes effect. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.

7. Shipping, returns, and our guarantee

We currently sell and ship only to addresses within the United States; orders to addresses outside the U.S. cannot be accepted. Shipping methods, timing, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery, and we'll help resolve carrier issues as described there. First orders are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be modified or discontinued at any time, have no cash value, and are limited to one per order unless otherwise stated. We may cancel orders or revoke discounts obtained through misuse of a promotion.

9. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us or through the Site, you grant Restology Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing, attributed to your first name or initials. You represent that the content is your own honest experience and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or remove any submission, and we may edit or decline content containing medical or disease claims that cannot lawfully appear on a dietary supplement website.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, photos, video, and design — are the property of Restology Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for shopping with us. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use our content or trademarks for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or probe the security of the Site; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the Site; misrepresent your identity; or purchase products for unauthorized resale. Our products are sold for personal use.

12. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, our Amazon storefront or payment providers). We aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express 60-day guarantee described in our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restology Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Site, the products, or these Terms, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restology Labs and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@restologylabs.com and give us 30 days to work with you in good faith to resolve the issue informally — most issues are fixed this way in a day or two. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page, and changes apply from the date they're posted. If we materially change terms that affect an active subscription, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and Restology Labs regarding the Site and your purchases.
